"Paid for pedicure and a Gel manicure. Ny services felt very rushed, my water for my pedicure was sitting for a while and not hot because they were hoping I would come in earlier like they asked me too even though I told them I could not. She made me bleed during my pedicure because she was rushing and My manicure was extremely rushed, barely cleaned up my cuticles and just added polish while sand was all over my hands from buffing my nails just terrible. Will not be going back"

"I definitely would recommend it to anyone. Anyone can tell each nail tech truly loves their craft and interacting with customers. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, plus atmosphere exudes great energy. I’m happy I’ve found this little gem. Thanks Kimmy for my BTS inspired nails!!"

"I went to this place the first time a month ago and the first person I worked with did a good enough job that I decided to schedule out 4 months in advanced. I just went to my second appointment which was not the person I scheduled with. I got a gel pedicure polish change and the whole experience took 10 minutes when last time it took 30-45. I asked her to trim down my nails as I only do this once a month and she said okay and then didn't do it. She also filed off the polish at the tips of my toes after completing the pedicure and got gel polish on my cuticles so they now look messed up. There are good technicians here, but if you don't end up with the person you trust you may not have a good experience."

"With all the good reviews they got I decided to go there just to get disappointed. One of the worst looking manicure I’ve ever got. The lady who did my nail had underline attitude after I told her I’m Vietnamese. I made an appointment for pedicure the next day because I was going to pick other technician, but after given sometime to think about the whole experience I decided to cancel it. Just don’t want to have another bad experience to ruin my day. Edited: i got gel manicure and it started cracking and peeling off 3 days later because she filed my nail after finished putting nail polish on, what a freaking scam!"

"This place was so nice! The artist who did my nails was super friendly and did an amazing job helping me with the idea I had in my head. They look and feel amazing! Definitely great quality for the price. I was in and out within an hour. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nail salon.
