"Poor service and why are we closing the front door at 8 pm. I didn’t even like the food the wings lack sauce and my food was cold by time I received it. I ordered on the uber app for pickup and come only to be denied at one door with a hand gesture to go around. Get to the other door and get the same gesture, realizing I’m being told to wait in the drive through line after ordering for pickup. So now I’ve waited 15 minutes to get my “fast” food which was pre ordered. I am glad I wasn’t the driver who was delivering food. Imagine if the driver had to wait 15 min and drive to his customer by the time that person receives the food it would be definitely cold. Definitely waste of my time and money."

"So I got a Seagram’s ginger ale (regular) and soon as i sipped my drink on my way home it tastes like Clorox or some sort of cleaning solution. I tried calling to let them know there is an issue but no one picked up. I was highly concerned so anyone that reads this just be careful."

"Very disappointed today, not my first time the guys at work and I have had food here since this location opened. Order online and picked up, got back to shop and they forgot the chicken sandwich so I called, talked to the manager and told him about the missing sandwich and said I could come and pick it up i was not able to, asked if he could bring it to me around the corner, he couldn't. So I asked for a refund and said he couldn't. I had to on the app and continued to hang up on me. His attitude was poor and ultimately not helpful."

"Worst Popeyes I have ever been too !! AVOID this location !!! Don't even waste your money here. The manager in this picture disgusting and racist. If you are not happy with your job then its best for you and the company to find a different establishment to work at. Since clearly you hate your job. How do you come into a establishment, spend money, ask for a water cup and they tell you "No I have to save them for my delivery drivers" ?? What does your delivery drivers have to do with me and my order. After I was told no, and then proceeded to say you can bring any a cup and fill it up with as much ice as you want. Beyond ridiculous. Who travels around with cups in there car? From reading all the previous reviews I can see now I just walked into a poorly managed Popeyes. Look at this bowl full of cheese. What a waste."
