"I recently visited Popeye's Chicken and while the food was satisfying, I observed a female staff member being rude to other customers. Improving customer attention and ensuring courteous service would greatly enhance the overall experience. Not everyone possesses the ability to interact directly with customers."
"The food is always good, and the employees are mostly very nice and friendly."
"The one in NY has very good chicken, enjoyed it immensely. Keep up the good work on the food."
"I recently placed an order online for the Popeye's in Franklin Mills Philadelphia for delivery. I spent $57 for food and some of it was missing. Food was missing from a combo meal that was supposed to be all in one box. Other sides were missing also. How hard is it to read a receipt and place the items in a bag? I'm tired of hearing how overworked and overwhelmed they are. I work hard for the money I spend and would appreciate the items I paid for. If they are shorthanded then the manager needs to be more involved. If you don't have enough people to run things smoothly then cut out delivery/pickup or close the store. The generation today thinks its okay to slack off, not care about anything or think everyone should just accept incompetence. I don't."
"Where can I start? Well, I'm not too much of a fan of fast food places (junk food), but because Philadelphia Mills doesn't have many choices to eat I decided to give this Popeyes a try. I ordered 3 pieces of Tenders chicken, and let me tell you, I have no idea where the tenderness went to. As I took a bite the crispy layer was hard and tested bad. No flavor and what I was biting was nothing but flour and when I finally saw a chicken, it was only a small portion. I rather go to Chick-fil-A which their chicken tenders are better with good flavor, and yes, tender. Last time eating at this place."
