"I just got my my nails done here and the older woman that did them did a horrible job. She rushed through to get me done and out and my nails still look messed up. The guy that did them last time did a great job however I think I won't be going back. They're worried about quantity not quality! The more I think about it it's very upsetting. I keep looking at my feet and find myself getting more worked up. She was quick to charge me but not to make things right. But I paid because I'm not for the arguing. You guys just lost a customer and I hope others won't go through what I just experienced!!! Funny how you reply to my review with the same generic reply you give everyone else. Not only will I not come back but I will ensure that no one I know goes to your establiahment!!establishment!!! I go on vacation tomorrow and now have to pay someone else to fix what you should've done correct in the first plac.e!"

"This is a great place to get your nails done conveniently inside Walmart. My mom and I come here occasionally. I just got a set of acrylics done for the first time in 10 years & Ann spent time recommending products & giving aftercare advice. My nails have been on for almost two weeks and still look good."

"April update: Made appointment and said I wanted a design for Easter, and she forgot. I remind her, and this is the quality. Slapped on a cross, and didn't wait for it to dry. I got rushed out the door. Looks like I did it myself. I don't think I will be back. March Update: went one week ago for another gel manicure. Different individual did it, and I didn't find it as thorough. Less than a week later, one nail chipped and another nail is separating from the gel. Will call and hope management compensates. February: Stopped in with no appointment and was served wonderfully by Ann. She helped indecisive me select a color, and gave what I believe was a very thorough and competent gel manicure. Ann is very friendly, and assuming the nails hold up like my other place, I will go to her again."

"i went to get my nails done tonight and the first thing she does is slide her thumb nail under my broken nails and POP THEM OFF. i flinched but she didn't even bother apologizing or asking if i was ok. so then she starts to apply the acrylic and as she goes to use the dremel and file them down, she cuts my thumb and causes it to bleed, ripping off a small chunk of skin. she asked if i was okay, and then proceeds to talk to the others and obviously make fun of me. she then begins filing with a handheld nail file super quick and painfully. so she tells me she can't do the design i want and offers for marble instead. they come out so horrible and splotchy. she didn't set or cure my nails once during the process. once she's completely done with the design, she asks me to hold my fingers up to a tiny fan. they obviously didn't cure so she made me put my hands under a blue light that wasn't strong or close enough to my nails to cure. my nails are now getting destroyed every time i touch them, and the bleeding cut has put me at risk of infection."
