Reviews
"I took my 7 year old daughter there and and a bald gentleman was giving her weird looks. I asked for his name and he refused saying he just got the job and needs the money. All in all this place is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too very unprofessional do not bring kids inside."
"Used to work at McDonald's when I was a young man how things have changed. There's a lot of inconsistency these days with fast food in general. I think it's the lack of just not wanting to do your job correctly or caring about the product you put out there I guess the paycheck is more important. And the lack of not paying enough money per hour when a job doesn't mean much the product doesn't either. They get the orders wrong a lot in this place and there doesn't seem to be enough people in the back cooking the food wait times are very long. The people that work there seem to want to take more time to talk to each other than do their jobs and some were even on their phones. Food quality is very inconsistent there again no pride seems to be taken when making the food. When I worked at McDonald's back in the '70s there was a strict code of ethics as to how things got done. Everybody took more pride in their job in most cases it was their first job which is always very important. I remember the franchise owner spending a lot of time at our location. His name was Mr Anderson I will never forget him I learned much from this man the importance of my job and not so much a paycheck. I know that this is a long review but maybe somebody from McDonald's upper brass might just read it and come to the conclusion they have some serious issues with their restaurants. Being in a successful small business myself for 42 years my opinion should be worth something so I will give it. They just simply need to get back to what made McDonald's great and they know what that is. After reading many of these reviews it seems like this McDonald's has some serious issues. Corporate needs to come in there and clean house get things back to the way they should be. There seems to be a lack of professionalism from everybody from the top on down especially when I read all these reviews pretty bad. But fast food in general nationwide really in my opinion isn't terrible condition. And that goes for all fast food restaurants professionalism is out the window caring about what you do just isn't there anymore and it reflects on the food and the service you get from these types of places. And corporate worries more about the bottom dollar then they do about food quality professionalism and caring about what you do."
"At the drive-in window I ordered two exact meals. The girl charged me for one, I had to tell her there were two. when I got my food I had two sandwiches a large fry a small fry a large soda and a small soda. I could smell pot coming off of the girl at the window and when I told her the change was wrong she said in a drugged out Zone I don't see the problem. I moved to the food window and called the manager and I said these fries are cold and mushy I'm not going to accept them, so she threw them at another employee and came back with hot fries. I tried to contact the 800 number but it was disconnected. This was Fairless Hills Levittown Parkway."
"It's the worst McDonald's. The employees are awful, even for McDonald's expectations. They NEVER get the order correct, they are extremely slow, and act annoyed to be serving you. This location needs a serious overhaul or just close down for good and let a business that cares about customer satisfaction open here instead."
"One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Employees have no customer service skills. I ordered a fish sandwich with cheese and had only a partial piece of cheese. I don't see how serving this was acceptable. I will never return to this McDonald's."
