"McDonald's STOP HIRING ALL THESE UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NON-ATTENTIVE, STRAIGHT OUT OF THE STREET WORKERS! FOOD IS HORRIBLE AND MY EXPERIENCE IS ON TWO OCCASIONS, MY BURGERS AND CHICKEN SANDWICHES WERE BURNT! BURNT, AND BURNT! UNACCEPTABLE McDonald's! THE McDonald's in Cinnaminson has to get rid of their evening and night staff. The tall, light skinned guy is the worst!!! HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SKILLS AND HE'S JUST BAD FOR BUSINESS"

"This McDonald’s was once in my top 3 McDonald’s. However, today I was disgusted with the burger they gave me. It was awful. It made me not want to eat anything the rest of the night. Never again. Don’t trust even the best."

"The store was about to close and the automated drive thru menu board said as such. Then a male voice said, "Welcome to McDonald's how may I help you?" So we backed up and told the employee what the menu board had started, and he politely said, "No, we're open for a few more minutes." That was so kind of him, he could have just blown us off. The food was hot and served very quickly too! We haven't eaten fast food in some time, and really try not to but this experience was worth nothing because it was exceptional. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism."

"I’d give negative stars if I could. The GM of this location is an idiot with zero customer service skills. I have NO idea how he has the position he does. EVERY time I go there when he is bagging food, I get the wrong order. Literally EVERY time. On one occasion, he literally snatched a McFlurry out of my hand and said “oh wait that’s not yours.” Only to walk it back over to me embarrassed and hand it back saying “actually yes it is.” The only reason I still come to this location is because it’s the closest to me for a quick lunch break, and usually the shift manager (super tall guy with glasses) is great to interact with and usually gets things right, quickly correcting his wrongs IF he makes a mistake at all. Not this moron of a GM tho! He’s so damn worried about his ticket times and keeping them low, that he hands out the wrong food FAITHFULLY. I’ve been in that field before, I know ticket times are important…doesn’t matter if the food goes out WRONG. So stupid and so frustrating as I most times never have time to return to fix it. Corporate or whoever needs to retrain this incompetent manager or get rid of him all together. He is TERRIBLE for business. I ordered a PLAIN double cheeseburger, it’s really not hard to follow SIMPLE directions. But I ended up with a double cheeseburger with Mac sauce. Just an absolute idiot running that circus."
