"Royal Aire and more specifically, Elijah, are now our go-to HVAC folks. They came within a couple of hours and Elijah dug into our geo-thermal system and diagnosed a short in the previously installed thermostat wiring. He was friendly, patient, meticulous, and is definitely an expert. The "experts" that installed the system originally neither wired the thermostat nor hooked up the emergency heat feature of the system. You can tell from the before and after wiring pics displayed. We will be calling Royal Aire from now on. Highly recommended!"
