Carrabba's Italian Grill 3210 Tillman Drive, Bensalem, PA 19020

"Overall, not a good experience. I had a steak that was properly cooked, but the place was noisy and the server had trouble hearing. I asked for medium-rare and she said "medium-well" as she wrote it down. I caught it, but that's because earlier I said "diet coke" and she said "coke". I thought maybe diet was implied as she made her note, but I didn't get a diet. The plates had crap all over them. Not literally, just bits of food from different dishes, no care at all given to the presentation. Tiny portions on giant plates on a tiny table. Except for the salad. Sad little Caesar salads on tiny plates, too. Vegetable sides were over cooked and under seasoned. Under seasoned being the unifying theme for everyone's food. Bland, dry dessert. Brownies were more like cake. Also, everything was a bit pricey. Especially considering the portions and quality. The wait was about 15 minutes, which isn't bad considering all the good places nearby had a wait of an hour or two. Told me plenty, but it was a friend's top pick. Won't be back, though. Don't recommend."

"Tried Carrabba's for the first time and we were very happy. The food was much better than we expected from a "corporate" restaurant. But, what made it great was the service. Our waitress (Taylor) was outstanding. Helpful without being pushy and attentive without being annoying. We'll definitely be back!"

"Mushroom stuffed with sausage was a yummy appetizer. Appetizers came out quick, couldn’t believe the entre came with so much."

"Ashley (I hope I am spelling it correctly!) was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, personable and all around a wonderful server. She gave recommendations, answered all our questions, funny, and such a pleasure. The food came out fairly quickly and we came in just before 10 pm to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Our orders were on point and everything was enjoyed by all of our party. Will definitely will be returning soon thanks to Ashley!"

"The last Carrabba's We visited was in Texas 20 years ago. It's been so long. I don't even remember how it was. This location is updated, nicely decorated and clean. Service is great. Food portions are good. The price point is affordable. We ordered the sample platter, the rib eye steak and carbonara. Will recommend and come back again"
