"This location is always good. I've never had an issue with accuracy or quality. The parking lot is a little hard to get to due to traffic and it is quite small. I find myself waiting in line on the street sometimes. There is always a line at the drive though. Maye it's a good thing that this place is always busy?"

"If I can give this place zero stars I would. I first came in very politely but the female manager who was with a cane was rude and abrupt with me today on 12/20/21 at 12:20pm. I asked if they have the signature white chocolate iced latte which they clearly had in their menu and advertised in the store location. Then the woman barked and said they did not have it. Then when I asked for two peppermint mocha signature latte with almond milk she said two regular lattes when I clearly stated peppermint mocha signature lattes. Then when I asked for half dozen doughnuts she would angrily pick them out which is rude and unprofessional. Furthermore the peppermint mocha does not look like in the advertised pictures at all. There isn't whipped cream or the mocha drizzle. It looks like an average/ subpar latte. Dunkin' Donuts do some re training or hire new management because this manager was rude, unprofessional, and this makes me see the difference in quality and customer service. Next time I'll make the drive to Starbucks I hope that Dunkin Donuts reaches back out to me to remedy this horrible experience because this was unacceptable behavior and unprofessional service when I paid decent money and chose to go to this location. Ridiculous. Additionally we asked for napkins and the manager barked at us said it was “outside”. But a nice decent employee gave us napkins. Come on Dunkin, do better. Remedy this situation."

"They are horrible and unprofessional. This is not the first time they messed up my orders. This time I asked for an avocado toast and the bread wasn’t toasted so I returned and they admitted it that they made a mistake but I guess the person who made the mistake was upset I returned, so she decided she was going to burn it this time. Very RUDE all the time for no REASON. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I feel like if you don’t like your job you should find something else to do instead of spreading all the negativity."

"I will not return to this place because previously I bought a coffee and it will be served with bad cream. now I return and they sell me another coffee in the same way. this place sells coffee with milk and cream that is already bad."

"The business at this location is always good. No matter in-store or drive-thru, you always need some wait. There are also some seats to let you eat in but not too many. Service quality is fair. I heard some complaints while I was there but mine was fairly quick and accurate. One thing that would deter me here is it's not easy to get in from Rt 31s. You also might take a while to get into rt31 traffic."
