"I had one appointment with my cat with them. The two men were friendly. But I honestly don't think they did a thorough exam with him. They didn't use a stethoscope on him. It was my cats first vet appointment. He was little. They didn't do anything for his fleas. Just told me to use cotton swabs for his ear mites. It was a 30 minute drive anyways. I guess they are convenient if you live in the area. I think they weigh my cat, but didn't say in pounds so I had no clue. They only charged me $70 bucks for only one vaccine. You can get a vet visit as soon as you can with them. I just feel like they were lack luster, in my honest opinion. I felt like their opinion only matter. Thats just how it felt in the room with them."

"I am new to the area, and my older dog has had some health issues. She recently had a cyst show up and grow pretty fast, so we had to find a vet ASAP that was accepting new clients. I found Dr Gustafson, and am so glad I did. I have insanely high expectations when it comes to my animal's (really any animals) care. The staff is lovely. They removed her cyst and gave me some warnings about the ticks here being more severe than where we moved from, and genuinely was easy to talk with and knowledgeable, but still treated me like an equal. ( I have only ever had one vet that seemed to be on a high horse and not easy to talk to, but she was also amazing at what she did...so it really didn't bother me that much. Anyway...I feel at home here and I feel welcomed by this office. I am so happy to have the opportunity to work with this delightful family practice."

"Let me start by saying I am an incredibly anxious person and I have a very anxious dog who does NOT enjoy going to the vet. Doc & his son have been patient with my dog and myself. They always fully explain things and have been wonderful veterinarians to my sweet dog for the past 6 years and will be for many more to come."
