Wendy's

"Walked in. Walked up to the counter. Ordered and paid. Within like two minutes I got my food and change. Giselle was really nice, I made joke and she smiled in that way people do when they're being polite. Person named Jude was also very friendly. Also someone told me to have a good day very loudly from the back which was kind of nice. Just very friendly staff. Weird soda machine though but it's one of those serve your own which means you have some more choices if you walk in."

"This new Wendy's is AWESOME!!! Very impressed with how clean and modernized it is. I have been there almost every day since they've opened and had no issues that couldn't be resolved with extreme ease and a smile from the staff. One would usually expect some kinks to work out when you open a new location for any franchise but these guys have really hit the ground running. Tell your friends!"

"I love Wendy's... but this place flat out sucks. I've worked fast food, and it's not this hard. (edit: I worked as a manager for 3 years in fast food.) Sorry to say but this place is filled with local reject employees that have been fired from all the other local fast food restaurants. They all stand around and do absolutely nothing. They always tell me they don't have a drink I know they have (said they don't have it and then went inside to get it myself). (edit: They claim they still don't have it, even though they definitely do because I went inside again and got it myself!!) And the wait time for this place is atrocious. It's not worth it for the wait. I bet the GM and owners are super nice people but this place needs real management and employees, and they owners need to see that... I get it, your employees suck but as the leaders of this restaurant there's a way to get them in line and work."

"I placed a mobile order for the spicy ghost chicken sandwich, minus the ghost ranch sauce and added pickles. Apparently reading comprehension lacks at this Wendy’s. Please train better people or just close your doors."

"The food is good. So, I have hope. But they need to hire better people unless they want to be out of business in the first year. For the second night in a row, this place closed early. The lights are on, the drive-in is open, but no one takes your order or comes to the window. Tonight, I went up to the second window and waited. There were four people inside. Not one would make eye contact with me, even when I knocked on the window. Other cars beeped their horns. Nothing. They heard us. They just couldn't be bothered. If you are going to leave your new restaurant in the hands of a bunch of simpletons, then do not complain when you cannot turn a profit."
