Relic on State Street

"Relic, awesome experience! Don't go through the corner door... Walk around and enter through the main entrance - friendly faces, busy bees running across... I was shown upstairs until my party arrived. Think - light music, dim, romantic ambience, lux feeling furniture - Relic. Water and bread arrived almost instantaneously and the bread is to die for! Of course I had to try the crab bisque - it was good. (Good as in I've had better). I would absolutely recommend the scallops - juicy crispy on top of the creamiest risotto with mushrooms - so delicious! I finished it all! My friend had the French onion soup and having just returned from Paris, wasn't impressed with the soup. The mushroom risotto was ok. The key lime pie was delicious! Every segment of our dinner came quick and the right temperature to enjoy right away. We had a wonderful server as well - very attentive! Glad we have Relic! Highly recommend!!!"

"Poor service. Had to "call" our waitress 3 times to get her attention for knives missing at the table, extra bred and water. Our table was next to the area where they box leftovers so very noisy with spoon scraping the plates. Food was good even though we barely ended our appetizers and the entrees came to the table giving us a rush rush atmosphere. It was our anniversary. Not going back."

"The atmosphere is stunning! The staff treats you like royalty ( I loved it so much I joined the team! ) and the food is hands down top 5 in the area. The curated menu is extensive enough that everyone in the party can find something. Never had a bad bite ever! The seafood is amazing. The oysters are phenomenal and always have a great (small) selection. Chef Todd is passionate about what he does, and it shows. The best scallops I ever had! No TV in the bar encourages real conversations, and I love it. Every cocktail is crafted with top fresh ingredients. This is an amazing place where you can enjoy an app and drink, brunch, or treat yourself to a fine dining experience in this Bucks Co gem."

"Cute restaurant in a great spot. Wish there was a parking lot but street parking is it. Arrived 6:30pm on a Thursday and it was busy but not too crowded. The staff was friendly and our waitress was attentive. The cocktails are delicious. Had the pear martini and it was refreshing and not too sweet. The bread they served in the beginning was delicious. There was a rosemary crust and really fluffy on the inside. Only criticism is they served it with unsalted butter. The mussels app was fantastic. They were fresh and the sauce was perfectly balanced. Wish they had a filet bigger than 8oz so I ended up ordering the strip steak medium rare and it came out perfectly cooked. It was really tender and came with herbed butter on top. For sides we got the seasonal vegetables which were roasted perfectly and the mashed potatoes which were creamy goodness. For dessert I got the chocolate cake which wasn't too rich and decadent. Not too heavy for a dessert which is great. I tasted my friend's keylime pie and that was excellent. Highly recommend."
