"Must have been some sort of staffing issue as i was 1 car behind the ordering speaker for over 14 minutes. Had i not been blocked in by the car behind me and my mobile order already in i would have just left. But at least the food was hot and fresh after the wait."
"I was on my way to work and thought it’d be nice to just pick up some breakfast. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order and my order and being late for work. I didn’t have the time to address the small water cup of oj they gave me with my MEAL. The quality and service continues to decline while the prices and wait rise."
"I have been a customer at this McDonald's for quite sometime now(20+ years) and everytime I go, it gets worse and worse. It has hit rock bottom on so many levels. They always forget something and now the milkshake/sundae machine has been down for over week. Unacceptable. They don't want to fix it because it is less work for them. I know it's fast food but damn can anyone in this place have an ounce of work ethic for that extra pay an hour they are giving you. They are raking us over the coals with the prices now, can you at least meet us half way so it worth even buying McDonald's anymore? FYI; I worked up in Hatfield, PA and frequently got McDonald's on 309 and they were never out of anything, never forgot something and everything was in working order for over 4 years going there. Not a single issue. It's the location and the people working at this location that are the main problems of its downfall."
"Waited 20 minutes for so called fast food. After that 20 mins a manager came up and said the crispy chicken take 7-8 minutes more. I understand it takes time to cook. But the attitude of the employees… that’s rough. I urge you MCD to rectify your customer service"
