"Messaged back and forth with Bill about buying a church pew. Agreed on price, time, and date for pickup. Drove 3 hours to the shop to pick the church pew, arrived a half hour early and stayed an hour after the agreed time and no one ever showed up and Bill could not be reached the entire time. Out: $200 for a cargo van, 8 hours of driving/waiting, and a Christmas present. I couldn't be more disappointed."
