"I ordered online from Uber eat. I loved their food but they did not do one instructions when I ordered. There were no gravy with my food, just curry goat and rice. Please add some gravy from the curry goat next time. Even on the side..The food was nice though, I enjoyed it. The cabbage was tasty but a little over-cooked but I loved it."

"The Jamaican food here was very home grown. I enjoyed the Candy Yams the most. The way you could taste the cinnamon and nutmeg was just mouth watering yet not over bearing. The only thing I didn’t like was that they mix EVERYTHING into one container. However, I must say when I asked for them separate my food, they did it with no problem. I will DEFINITELY go back."

"Placed an order off of door dash from this restaurant and I wasn’t disappointed. The oxtail was very succulent and tender. The cabbage was very tasty, the rice could have used a bit more salt, but it was still very good. The only thing I was surprised about was the the oxtail did not have that dark rich gravy that it would normally be covered in. Still I was satisfied and would reorder."

"My hunt for Caribbean Cuisine continues! I want to try most of the Caribbean restaurants around the Northeast Philly's area. Due to the last uncomfortable encounter at a nearby Caribbean restaurant, I'm a bit nervous trying out Shana's. When I walk in, the two younger staffs seems to be pretty normal. They didn't gave me a stare down or anything lol. The older staff was kinda surprised to see me there. But she was quick to take my order. I stutter a bit because I was nervous...... I forgot the side order's names but she was quick to help me, which I really appreciate. I had order a medium Jerk Chicken Platter with cabbage and rice & peas. Two Coco bread and a Tropical Rhythm Lychee Punch. I had gotten Oxtail gravy on my rice &peas and Jerk sauce on the side for my chicken. The Coco bread smells so darn delicious when it first warmed up. If you are in a hurry, let the staffs know you will like your Coco bread warmed before you place your order. Or else you will be waiting like me. But I didn't mind since I wasn't in a hurry:) That medium platter had last me thru two lunches. The Rice and Peas are definitely the highlight of the meal bc it was still soft even after 2 days of refrigeration. Shana's is definitely by far my most favorite right now!"

"Update: I also tried Jerk Salmon with cabbage and plantains it was soooo good juicy and tasty. It came with a bbq sauce mix it cabbage and salmon sooo good. My daughter loved the mild beef patty. I ordered brown stew chicken with cabbage and plantains and beef patty with coco bread. You get a lot food for the money. Everything was delicious and flavorful. I will definitely try other things on the menu. Loved it!"
