"Great experience at Fidelity working with Mike today and a graduate a few months back. Excellent branch and customer focus!"
"There is little reason to go to branch. Highly recommend reaching out customer service online."
"Very bad! We went there. The young guy just talks to us out loud in front of everyone. I asked him why not in a room. He pretended he didn’t hear anything! How can I trust a company like this to manage my money?????"
"I was looking for a new investment company as the previous one I was with did not do a great job communicating and I felt like just another number. I did not have any confidence in their abilities I'm managing my portfolio. The main concern was making sure that they were picking the products that gave them the highest commission. I walked into Fidelity Investment and immediately felt comfortable with the gentlemen helping me. He was very knowledgeable and put my personal gains ahead of his own. The level of communication has made the experience top-notch. I was overall very pleased with my experience. I have referred many others to this branch."
"A friend has been telling me for years to take my money out of Fidelity. I wish I had listened. They rolled over my entire 401K to an IRA as opposed to only rolling over the 4 funds in the 401K which was specified to them. Now I have no access to my own money until I'm 59 and a half. They also told me that since I will be 59.5 this year, I can withdraw now regardless of me not being 59.5 until mid December. They informed me the next day that they gave me the wrong information, however they did nothing to correct the situation. It may only be a month until I reach 59.5, but I need my money now for a real estate purchase. Of note, my advisor was very well aware I was in the market for a new home. and that I intended on withdrawing a significant amount soon. I can still get my money, but have to pay a $10,000 fine for early withdraw. Do not trust that they know what they are doing. Of course I took my money out of Fidelity. I'm not surprised to see a 2.9 rating on here."
