"They demand tips , if your service is $30 for hair shampoo, they require you to tips at lease $15 or $20. Be ready they will be so rude and force you to tips the amount they want. They are so unprofessional and it is the first time I see the salon acts like that, they will chase you to the car if you dont tips enough 30,40% of total. They should change their unprofessional behavior."

"Hair cut was fine, not great, kinna similar to the picture i showed if you squint. I went to pay via Venmo, and asked how much it was. They said 30$, i thought that included tip since on the board they said the cost for a cut, shampoo, and style for short hair is 25$. I paid 30. They asked for "tip" while my ride just pulled up. They LITERALLY wouldn't let me leave and forced me to pay for more tips, to the point of holding me on the sidewalk. They then Venmo request me 10$ for tips. Weird and aggressive for a 3/10 hair cut. The owner responded, and what a terrible one that was. All 3 employees literally followed me out of the store to keep me from leaving, holding me on the sidewalk while my car was waiting out front, after not wanting me to leave the store, then handed me a phone and force me to talk to some random guy, they even tried to grab my phone. Then after I left they Venmo request me extra money, after everything it really felt like i was harassed into tipping for a hair cut that is not even good."

"Very satisfied with my haircut. The lady who shampooed my hair was good. If only I live in Philly, I could come to this salon weekly just for that. The guy who cut my hair was discrete but did his job exceptionally! This is the best haircut I’ve had and for an unmatched price of 30$! This kind of service will take your arm and your legs if you do it in Switzerland!! I’m so happy I found this salon! ☺️"
