"Sarah Ann is the best and always makes my salon experience a very positive one! I've been her client for a while now and every time I go, I love the outcome and she always seems to know just what I want. I usually do blonde highlights and have been very pleased with the results. "I do not recommend this salon. If you come across it, run in the other direction. I used to see someone at this salon and left because the girl messed up my hair, found a new salon, but then that girl decided to go to this salon, and I followed her. Little did I know, I was about to get duped AGAIN by this place. The first experience I had with Sarah G at the old salon I went to was great - she was attentive, did a great job, super friendly. This past time, she decided at the last minute to tell me that she was raising her prices, but that she would honor her old pricing for this booked appointment (stating she posted her increase on instagram, but didn't actually notify her clients). I proceeded to follow through the appointment, which she rushed, and it shows, with the sloppy work she did on me, which definitely does not prove that she obtained more education to warrant higher prices on her part. She fried my hair, the whole back of my head on the bottom is singed off, and bleached out because she didn't even leave a toner on long enough for it to give me the color that I asked her for - and she left a big spot on the top of my head, and a streak with a sloppy highlight in the front as well. She is young, and she doesn't like to be questioned, but will take your money, jack up her prices, and expect you to just accept it instead of learning from it. I came in for a full highlight, and the whole front of my head is overprocessed, and has white streaks in it as well. The back of my head was sloppily done, too fast, not enough foils and looks super dark and uneven. There is no dimension to my hair either, and this third follow up visit of I have had with her does not match the previous work that she has done, because she just didn't care at this point. The salon itself charges YOU the CUSTOMER a 4% fee on your total sale if you use a credit or debit card to pay for services, so now they offer Venmo, but you have to pay as friends and family, or also get hit with the fee there. Such a slimy, sneaky, horrible way to do business. I will NEVER ever fall for this place again. When I called to try and speak with the owner about this, they have caller ID and refuse to take my phone calls. I called once. My hair was done last week, and this is the condition it is left in for me to "deal with" as I find a new stylist. Be careful who you trust!"
