"Technician was careless. Cut me to bleeding . Tried for 15 min to stop bleeding. Polish is very sloppy. No appology, still charged full price. Still have dried blood on finger when I left the shop."

I’ve been to many other salons and they don’t compare! They are very caring and really want to make sure you are happy when you leave! I highly recommend their services."

"The pedicure was so rush with almost no massage given. The lady didn’t focus on the work at all, keeping looking around; when she filed my nails, so fast and hurt my skins… when I asked why she was so fast, she said that was normal procedure; while the two customers sit next to me started earlier than me still there, she has already finished mine. This is ever first time that I had a thought I would not give her a penny for tip, though at the end I still did give her 20%. Worst experience ever!"

"I called at 2pm and confirmed a 3pm appointment for a gel manicure. I drove 15 minutes to the salon, walked inside, sat down, and was told as soon as I sat that she had to push my appointment to 3:30pm. When I originally called, I gave her my phone number upon request for this specific reason. Extremely rude and unprofessional to wait until i drive to the salon to tell me she needs to push my appointment, and she was not apologetic at all. Will not go back."

"It looked clean. The staff was extremely nice. I have been getting liquid gel nails for years. This is the first time I am seeing anything like this - I am in so much pain....my nails are destroyed. My fingers are throbbing - I am in so much pain. I have discoloration and swollen, infected fingers that are so painful. I am so upset and disappointed."
