"I have tried this nail salon at 6x and will not be returning. On my last visit I went in for a pedicure and dip manicure. I already had dip on and the technician used a tool to pull it off and broke 2 of my nails. Before she was finished I was asked to pay because the cashier was leaving. No I did not go into my purse with unfinished nails! When she was finished she charged me $5 more saying bc I got a manicure! They try to push gel pedicures so they use cheap nail polish that doesn’t last long at all instead of name brands. Lastly, they need to learn how to properly apply products without making a mess on the cuticles."

"They destroyed my nails. I had dip on and the lady removed it by aggressively filing it down to the point she was filing my nails. Then they did my nails with dip that was extremely thick and lumpy. Went back the next day to remove it and they attempted to fix it with a clear gel but my nails were already destroyed."
