"Beer and service were good. The food was not. I had the roast beef and my uncle had the meat loaf sandwich. Both were very basic, not much offered. Ketchup was in packets, side was a bag of chips. Roast beef only came with horseradish."
"It saddens me that this adorable place gets some bad reviews because I love it and the food was awesome our bartender was great and The atmosphere is very homey and comfortable. The potato soup was out of this world and my pulled pork sandwich was absolutely delicious! This is a cute little pub out of the way where you can get a delicious bite to eat and a great drink."
"Do not go to eat here. The lunch experience here was terrible. The food was absolutely horrible. The cost for what we received was bad. Your service was poor. The only thing half way edible was the pickle platter. You need to figure out what you are doing wrong and fix it. With all the places to eat in this small shopping area you are going to lose your shirts."
"Staff seemed unhappy to be working. They looked bored and just stood at the bar. The food was horrible. The roast sandwich was dry. The loaf burger fell apart as I picked it up to take a bite, and it was bland and unappetizing. The hot dog from the kid menu was just a plain hot dog on a roll. Not even a single condiment was offered to put on it. Poor kid didn't even want to eat it. Chips only, no fries, for all mains. Menu extremely limited and questionable. Not exactly "pub" food at all. Especially for the higher price point, everyone was extremely underwhelmed and unsatisfied. We told the server that the check was to be split accordingly as our table of 6 was two families. The person in charge refused to split accordingly and only split halfway between the two cards, which was unfair and extremely distasteful. I ended up getting food poisoning, which is never a good sign. Our server was nice, though she also seemed unhappy to be working in a place that was nearly empty at dinner time. Her uniform shirt read for Hart's Tavern, which made us think they share staff or since they were short-staffed at the pub, they borrowed a server from the Tavern. The ONLY good thing here was their apple tartin appetizer. 20/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"
"Really cool atmosphere. Our bartender was excellent. Loved the sugar cookie martini. I also really enjoyed the pretzel with perfectly melted cheese and the pastry with brie, apples, and caramelized onions. The pickle plate was good but was pricey for what it was."
