"Very unprofessional place to go. When management is not there they make up prices and they trimmed my daughter hair when I asked not to and then charge me for it. Also one stylist was sick and coughing without a mask or covering her mouth. When I asked she got mad and said that she will no longer do my hair. My daughters go all of the time and pay $50 for curls but when management wasn’t there they charged $61. The stylist was very mean and nasty. I’ve been going here since they opened and I will no longer go to this location again !!!!"

"My experience at this salon beyond exceeded my expectations. After having a horrible experience that same day at a different salon, this was like a breath of fresh air. The receptionist (I think her name was Marybelle) and the stylist ( I think her name was Sophia) really made me feel extremely comfortable. The customer service was amazing. I went in to get highlights for my jet black hair, and after being told by previous salons that it could not be done, this salon took the time to test my hair to see if the color would take, and it did!!!!! My stylist was so patient, very attentive to my hair, was not miserable, did not do rushy work, trimmed my ends beautifully (actually had hair left on my head), and to top it off she listened to me. She used my products and even told me how to take care of my color treated hair. For someone who does not go to the salon often, this will forever be my go to place when I want my hair done. I really appreciate the customer service here."
