"I am so upset right now. I went to the Ulta in Allentown and my hair was done incorrectly and had to be fixed. Since that location didn't have any availability to fix it they sent me to Phillipsburg. After 6 hours my hair was still not fixed and was green. I was told to come back in two weeks so they could complete fixing it because it was too damaged to continue fixing it that day. I was just told by the store manager, Vickie that I would have to PAY for them to FINISH fixing my hair. My hair is still GREEN from the mistake that was made. Vickie is insisting it will be MAINTANANCE, but if I had wanted green hair I wouldn't be coming to get it fixed. I am livid right now and have to find someone to fix it."

Lex took the time to help me out with all my questions and we found so many fabulous products that would be suitable for me and my skin type.
