"The person who took my order at the drive-through was arrogant, I could hear the Caucasian boy in the background yell out o my God. A heavyset person that appears to be the manager roll her eyes at me as she was passing my food and when I asked for sauce, two other girls started laughing loud at my face. Didn’t feel safe eating the food I paid for. I wasn’t rude, I said thank you about 10 times throughout my orders but the staff members were just unfriendly."

"Horrible!!!! Must have been 10 kids working, but not doing a damn thing, but was snacking on fries! Orders 2 burgers, 2 fries and a kids meal. Made me pull up past window to wait. Person behind me got her order. No sorry, nothing. Food was cold and buns stale. Ridiculous."

"I just want there for lunch today! And the manger says to everyone that is in side, you need to go through the drive through to place an order! This is not the first time this has happened with this store! The owner needs to get control of there staff they’re very disrespectful and rude."

"They have been locking the doors so people don't come in even when it's not rush hour and it's not too busy. They want everybody to go through the window. We were a group of six with disabled people. All of us did not want to eat in the car. We wanted to spend time together seating down . Please bring coffee back during the day. The workers were very loud the time was between 12:30 to 2 on 1/11/24. Thanks"

"tonight i went to the drive thru right before closing and the service was exceptional. I didn’t manage to catch her name, but a sweet young lady with big curly hair took care of us and provided a delightful experience. Our food came out quickly, she was incredibly polite and kind, and had such a contagious smile!"
