"I love going here I love the nice servers and food is great nice and hot ice cream is amazing but while sitting at dinner next to the booth I saw mouse go into the booth I was so creaped out I rushed ate my food and practically ran out of there wish I could say I would go back but definitely not"

"A basic dinner. But it's better than fast food. They really keep my kids happy and the service is good so we usually eat here at least twice a month."

"I haven't been to Friendly's for many years. Thought I would check them out. I was pleasantly surprised. Short staffed (isn't everybody?), but the staff did their best. They kept smiling, checked to make sure I had everything I needed, and were very familiar with the menu. I stopped in for a second visit. Different staff, and they didn't disappoint either. Give them a try. You'll enjoy yourself."

"Arrrived at 8:05 pm to get 2 ice creams Our order was taken and then we were IGNORED. People that came after us had their orders taken and filled -all while being told ‘ don’t worry, you’re next’. ‘To go’ orders appear to supersede us- someone would show up and say ‘ I’ve got an order to go’ and if it wasn’t ready the counter staff fixed theirs ahead of us. I decided that if we did not receive our order by 9pm I would ask for a refund and leave At first I thought- limited staff, teenagers - okay, they’re doing their best. I’ve been here many times. . But when others who placed orders AFTER us were taken care of ahead of us I became angry and frustrated. We were told ‘ you’re next’ several times only to watch others go ahead of us who arrived AFTER us to place their orders And the dining area had 1 couple eating and they had their server. There were at least 5 employees in the kitchen area- 2 men cooking and 3 others milling around. Our order was given to us at 8:52pm - almost an hour after we gave our order. An hour for 2 small simple sundaes and a bowl of plain ice cream. Whoever manages this store needs to improve their to go process…"

"Grew up going to this Friendly’s as a child. It was the place we went to after dances or to celebrate. I loved it because I could actually afford to eat there. Friendly faces as well. Special place. I was so happy to see some of the Sundays are pretty affordable still. I cannot wait to return there one day. So happy this is still existent."
