"Have been a customer for years infrequently. Not a regular because I don't do manicures. A periodic pedicure. Went for a scheduled mani-pedi on Thur. Nov 2 2023. Bottom line, not asked, they gave me a gel manicure. Didn't find out it was gel until I checked out. My nails do not respond well to gel. Never going back again. Time for a new nail salon."

"Though the staff are very nice and the salon is super clean, the girl that did nails wrecked them! She filed them so thin they started braking the next day. My acrylic dip peeled and that NEVER happens at my usual spa. I will NOT be returning. Now I have to wait weeks to get them back to normal."

"Never actually posted a bad review about a new facility but I’m really upset about this one I accidentally had a broken nail. I had a different salon out of town that I came to the salon hoping they could fix it which they were eager to take me which was appreciated however they refused to do the same style Neil I had previously and kept saying it’ll be fine it’ll be fine but in fact it is not fine you can definitively see where she use the acrylic to make the tip of my new nail versus when I had the dip last time instead of completely taking the dip off that was previously there and using a tip like I previously had she persistently wanted to use acrylic and now I’m left at the botchhe nail that doesn’t look like the rest of my nails"
