"I applied for a loan to cover my tuition for school. They got back to me promptly to ask me some questions and let me know I wouldn’t be approved. No problem, I understood. The next day they call and wake me up at 9:10am even though I work late to ask me the same questions they had asked me the day prior and then tell me I was declined again......this happened three more times since then. Around the same time. Waking me up even though I work late to tell me my loan was denied. This last time they called and said “I actually don’t know why I called. Nevermind. Goodbye.” It’s very clear there is no communication and the customer service is quite low. Their number is now blocked on my phone and I hope to never be woken up early by them again."
