"I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Minisink Hotel restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was impeccable. The highlight of my meal was undeniably the Onion Soup; it was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, making it one of the best I've ever had. Additionally, the Steak Sandwich was cooked to perfection, with tender meat and a delightful blend of complementary flavors. "10/9 back for a meeting and some good food and beer! I had the Chicken Parmesan, it was good. Also a couple of nice craft beers. 5/29/23 been awhile since i was here. Nice to be back. "I LOVE this place — it is my go-to. Every single time i’m at Del Water Gap. The food and drinks are so decently priced, and the food has me coming back. The french onion soup is the arguably the best i’ve ever had, can’t go wrong with their pierogies or some grilled cheese comfort food. I love the simple small town bar/restaurant vibe of this place and yearn for it whenever im not there. They even have darts and a pool table. Outside there is a creek with a bridge you can cross. Very nice, all year round."
