"I really don't want to share this but I will, the secrets out, this is the best public golf course in all of Pennsylvania. Unbelievable views and elevation changes. A huge challenge but fair. Always takes 5 hours to play because it is hard and must be thought out. If you don't play well expect to shoot very high scores. Consistently in good condition. Not for the novice golfer. We have played over 400 courses and this one is number one! Go tommorow! Note: This course can not be walked unless you are a Billy goat."
"I loved this course. Beautiful views and some excellent elevated tees. The holes are spread out so we never had people from other holes hitting balls in our fairways. We never saw other golfers. Definately a challenge but worth the cist."
"This is a mixed review. The golf course is OK. Severe elevation changes and a lot of blind shots make it challenging. The greens were good, fairways were OK, as were most tee boxes but the rough was burned out and cut way too short. Accommodations were rustic...at best, and could have used MORE than a little TLC. The lady bartenders in the clubhouse were fantastic. Overall, interesting course if you play the proper tees, but wouldn't necessary stay there again."
"Hideaway Hills Golf Course is an excellent golf course. It’s one of the best I’ve played. The greens and fairways were in terrific shape. The elevated tee boxes that look down on course are a great addition. The view was beautiful. The service was professional and exceptional. I definitely recommend this course. I’ll be playing there again."
