"N beauty does not respect your time and over charges for subpar work. I made an appointment at 2:30 then had to wait over 2 hours to get my hair done. I'm not exaggerating. I checked. They didn't start my hair until 4:45. Then once they started, the woman started talking about "how she would be late for a date" I asked her to pin my hair up for wedding the next day so I didn't get a good look at my hair, it was terrible. I had to take it down and do it myself. The morning of the wedding! I was quoted $65 for a style, and ended up being charged $110 for the worst hair and salon experience. Reply to owner: completely incorrect. I've been here before and that time I waited an hour and a half. I thought it was probably out of the ordinary so i decided to give this business another chance. And YES I was quoted $65 because I was told it was a simple pony and I was bringing my own hair. She booked me for an extended pony "incase they needed to provide hair" but then qas charged $110? Regardless, If she isn't able to work with the materials given then say that. I offered to buy hair at your location since I was told you sell hair, and because the hair is included for the extended pony. She couldn't be bothered. I've used that same hair before and have never had an issue."
