McDonald's

"I ordered via the app. I get to McDonald’s at 5020 City Ave. Wynnefield and it’s 10:02 PM, not realizing curbside pick up was closed. The app asks if I want to pick it up in drive thru, I chose no. It cancels my order. FFS So I order it again, get in line at drive thru and the window girl tells me to go inside, she doesn’t have it (she was very friendly). FFS I am starving at this point and have a wicked headache. So, I go in the store and it’s packed and ONE guy is working the counter. Waited Waited Waited Was ready to cancel my order when he brought it out to the counter. I said “Thank you” and he said nothing. I get home and open the burger, which was a disaster as it looked like they threw the burger together from a distance. It was a mess!! I took a bite and it was DISGUSTING and smelled like sweaty socks. I couldn’t eat it! Ohhhh, AND the young man working the drive thru, his pants were hanging WAY low and he kept bending over and you could see his dirty underwear ! I am throughly disgusted and am really tired of rude sales/customer service individuals who do not care."

"YOU NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT! it's not acceptable for 10 delivery drivers to get stuck at ur doorway at 2am. It's a waste of time for both customers and delivery drivers. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant not a slow food restaurant."

"Worst experience ever, I ordered through the McDonald’s App to “Curbside” pickup at #3. 20 minutes later I had to go to the counter and with laughing faces said which was my order. Picture was attached with the final product. Additional 10 min wait was because they forgot to give me the Ice Coffee. Please avoid this place at all cost"

"Very unpleasant manager guy was rude and so arrogant. Idk how he keeps his job. He gets paid from customers and he should treat them with respect. The dude spoke down on us when we try to use the ordering app in the store. It didn’t work and it’s the way he speaks and turning his face against us while we speak got my nerve. Treat ur customers with respect dude! We are not going to this location again. We saw how he was speaking to his employees and we were discussed by it. It was the most unpleasant McDonald’s experience ever for us."

"The only nice thing I can say about this place is that my fries that I did not order were hot and fresh. I repeated my order three times and they still got it wrong and after leaving the drive-thru and going inside and talking to the manager he had an attitude and just threw the fixed order on the counter and walked away. This was my first time at that McDonald's and definitely my last."
