"I won’t be back. Uncomfortable environment. Feels like unsaid tension between barbers. Also, all I hear is “Appointment Only” whenever I come in. Clearly the door states “Walk-ins welcomed”. If I see no customers waiting inside the business or in the parking lot, one of you can cut my hair. Your upcoming appointment can wait 5-10 mins. I’m sure they’ll understand. Do you want to make money or not? I don’t have time to play games. It shouldn’t be this hard to support my people."
