"Ordered through Uber on 12/31 around 11pm, 4 cheeseburger, 12 pcs spicy wings, 12 pcs chicken meals and large fries. Uber came with 1 bag of food which I had opened before the driver, and there were only 12 pcs chicken and I am missing rest of my orders. I have tried calling the store multiple times and no one answers. Ordered at this place cause this was supposed to be halal. You didn't do me right, as this supposed to be my family meals. We waited hour for this inaccurate order. I would suggest everyone to verify their food prior leaving the store or receiving the food from delivery driver so you are not starving later."

"Food is delicious but the customer service is awful. You can tell by the way the staff speaks to and the way they treat paying customers is harsh. Their attitude is horrible to be working in a predominately African American community. The cashier was so rude to me just now that I had to just leave. I work too hard for my money. All I asked the man was if they were still open. I went through the drive thru and said hello twice- no answer so I pulled up to the window to ask if I could order there and to make sure they were still open. He got nasty with me. My first encounter was rough but I thought i'd give them a second shot. Im good ! Also they are stingy with the condiments. You have to ask for what you want and they'll give you one. Anything else you have to pay for and they'll be upset with you for asking. First encounter was with the older man and my second encounter was with the guy that wear the binoculars for glasses. There was another guy there and he did nothing to check his rude co worker from speaking to me rudely. It was almost as if they wanted to argue with me. People like this shouldn't be supported in the black community."

"I have given them several chances, and they haven't improved. Their chicken sandwich patty is always pounded out thin and small. Barely covers the bun. They need to stop cutting corners and instead deliver a quality product. Won't be returning."

"This place was clean. The chicken is delicious. The shrimp not so much. They're prompt. And the 15 piece spicy wings (not that spicy but great anyway) plus 2 side (I choose fries) for $9.99 is a deal you won't find elsewhere. Can't tell you about much beings though the shrimp and chicken is all I've tried"

"It was my first time here and was very impressed with their special burger. They do put too much sauce in it. It's too spicy but the sandwich itself is very tasty. Fried chicken also is not bad"
