Nail Love

"I have been there 3 times this month first time didn’t have time for the wait . I returned another day I was told hour wait but could get on the list, I came back 1 hour later and waited, after 30 min l had to leave. I returned the next morning and waited 45 min during that time I was able to really look at the menu 28$ fill, and I think 35$ for a full set. (Getting my nails done is a luxury and a treat for me) but Nail Love is reasonably priced, so I have been using them for years. When done with a fill I was charged 40$ more than a full set! No broken nails yes my nails had grown but she didn’t have to cut them. 50$! With tip .I asked why so much and was told I changed the shape of my nail. I have been showing the same photo of the shape I want every time for 3 years (same picture). My nails look good but I’m done with this place."

"Got a gel manicure done, just simple black tips, guy that did them was really rude, rushing and didn't do them well. There's parts that aren't even painted on the tips and he got nail polish on the front of my nails where they were filed. Made the tips way too thin, so it doesn't look like a proper French tip."

"I had my nails done today by Kim, and let me say, she did a FANTASTIC job. I asked for my nails to be reshaped from round to almond, and wanted a design but wasn't sure what. Kim suggested a flower so I let her choose what to do, and she came up with this lovely design. I'm so pleased!"
