"My first time trying Popeyes and I was not disappointed. Best fast food i have had so far. They are newly opened so be prepared to wait inside or in the drive thru, but id say it was worth the wait. Mac and cheese is the best item on the menu so far that I have tried."

"It was their grand opening and I understand that they were extremely busy. All the staff on the front counter were very nice even though they were EXTREMELY busy. I ordered the spicy Blackened Chicken sandwich combo w/ coleslaw. Slaw was fabulous, my sandwich was so over sauced that it was all over the outside of the bun making it nasty, so I threw the bun out and just ate the chicken pickles."

"I always love the food but this time, they forgot to give me my side of Mac and cheese that I paid extra for. I understand they’re just opening but still disappointed that I spent money and wasn’t given what I paid for."

"Hey, I ordered 6 pc Garlic Parm wings, 6 pc Honey BBQ wings, two strawberry biscuits, mashed potatoes and a regular Fry. My wings barely had any sauce on them. When I took a bite, my chicken was spicy. So spicy I could eat the rest. I waited more than 40 mins in the drive thru. The woman that took my order was very nice and the lady that took my money was very nice. My problem is with the cook. You’re giving customers spicy chicken when they didn’t order that, on top of not enough sauce. I was hoping the food was worth the wait but it wasn’t. Very unsatisfying!!!!!"

"New, inexperienced staff. Popeyes recently opened a restaurant in Jersey on Memorial Pkwy. The new location is pretty busy. Thankfully, you can order ahead of time and pick it up in store. The menu is mostly comprised of chicken sandwiches, tenders, etc. I like their recipe, and they have excellent macaroni and cheese. The staff is friendly however they seem to be a bit inexperienced. With that being said, make sure you check your order. They have an issue with order fulfillment. I noticed a customer return to the store because she was missing an item. I got my order and had to remind the cashier to give me my drink cups. I left and when I got home. I also noticed my order was missing a chicken sandwich!"
