"Well I used UberEats and ordered a “BIG” Smoked Ham & Cheese. It was not. For some reason it costs $11.59 in store and $16.59 on UE? How the hell do you justify that? I expect slightly higher prices on UE but that’s absurd. I wouldn’t have an issue if it was $11.59 but I could’ve gone to Larry’s Steaks and gotten a sandwhich TWICE the size for LESS money. Thoroughly disappointed in the sandwhich cost/size ratio."

"I used to love going to this location - the food was always very good and portions pretty big! However, at some point they cancelled my order for some reason, never picked up their phone after I called to ask if I can reorder then they have been refusing for over a month to give me my money back. The first time I finally talked to them, the person was super nice, communicative and told me they are issuing a refund, but she informed me that it might take some time - which is absolutely understandable! After about 3 weeks, I called to get an update (I was advised to do that during our first conversation in case I did not receive the refund) and somebody else picked up. The lady was extremely rude, gave me a nasty attitude and was being sarcastic since the very beginning. She put me on hold and never returned to the phone! I still did not get my money back for the order I NEVER RECEIVED. I was a super loyal customer for the longest time but at this point, I do not want to go to this particular location ever again!"

"Grabbed some sandwiches here for lunch, and they were fabulous. They toast the sandwiches (bread, meat, & cheese) before adding the toppings, so everything kind of blends together really well. Can get a whole host of toppings (tomatoes, lettuce, onions, etc...), as well as your choice of sandwich spreads (i.e. mayo, mustard, etc...). They make a very good sandwich here, and the service was also very good. Very friendly & helpful staff. It's your basic Potbelly Sandwich shop."
