Great Clips

"Wow! I haven't been here in at least 2 years, maybe even 3. The girl that always did my hair was Meghan. We always had great conversation and she was the one I always asked for. But today on 12/30/23 I got a stunning surprise. I sat down and waited for her to finish her current customer When she did I thought it was my turn. She saw me and knew me and knew I was waiting for her. She then informed her coworker that I made her feel uncomfortable on past visits and did NOT want me as a customer. I was SHOCKED. I truly don't know where this came from. Like I said its been 2 or 3 years since I even went there. I recently had an operation on my head, as you can see in the photo. Meghan was the only one I TRUSTED to carefully cut my hair and work around my visible scar. This is my repayment for trusting her with such an important task. She never even knew about my situation because I never had a chance to tell her. I was going to fill her in once I sat in her chair. Well Great Clips and especially Meghan has seen the very last of me and my business. I guess this is what happens when you trust someone. They spit in your face."

"Worst experience , Not sure if these people are even licensed hair stylists. Really don't know how to cut hair. They don't listen to what you want done and They definitely don't know how do hair cut becoz it’s unfinished, and do same hair cut for all ages .she was super slow in cutting hair and hair cut is so horrible , the lady proceeded to almost shave the back of my head and the sides were too short also with uneven sharp. I'm embarrassed to go out in public.. I would not would recommend ."

"First time at this location. Had the pleasure of being greeted by Megan. It was my first time getting a haircut in over two years, as I had been growing out my hair to donate. Megan and the other woman working (didn't catch her name) were both knowledgeable with the drill and knew exactly what to do to get the proper cuts (she even measured my ponytails to make sure that they were the proper lengths to donate). I just let Megan do her thing and I left very pleased with my new do. I'll definitely be coming back here for my haircuts moving forward."
