It was impressive to experience such a high standard of knowledge and service! The environment is clean and sanitized. Love that it is by appointment only. "I’m very disappointed with this salon. I ended up going here by a recommendation, 1st time getting service here it was a great experience.... I had discussed a color Chang I wanted to do to my hair and made it clear I’m very particular when it comes to my hair. I made clear what I wanted and didn’t want done to my hair and how I expect it to look when finished. I went through months of lighting and hundreds of dollars spent. My hair ended up looking nothing like I wanted, it’s falling out by chunks on my brush. Another thing I made clear on my first visit is how I only wanted the owner to do my hair because she came recommended and informed me she was very educated on hair. Yet I only ever left happy with my hair being blown out twice out of the 9+ times I got it straightened. I would come on time for appointments and still had to Waite. I was pushed from stylist to stylist. Appts. We’re re scheduled per owners request so she can give me undivided attention, but when get there she’s not available. I’m so upset I spent so much money and my hair is a mess I will only wear it in a bun anymore because I hate it so much."

It’s such a great practice to offer your clients snacks and drinks, that impressed me! The whole staff is great very nice personalities Rosie and Madeline are very nice. Amanda a stylist is amazing at what she does!"
