"One for the worst spicy deluxe chicken burger I had in my life. This location serves the worst burger. The chicken was deep fried and looks dark drown, doesn’t look like fresh and tasted good at all. I told them and they replaced but that also looked the same. Very disappointed and will never try here, if I am transiting this way again."

"This airport Chick-fil-A was the worst service I have ever received from this establishment. Food was in the window sitting while the cashier rang up 5 other guests and 3 ppl standing around watching her ring up people but could not bag our order or others waiting for close to 15 mins watching my food sitting on the shelf and watching 3 ppl watching and not helping. My food was cold, and if I had time, I would have asked for a refund. I hope top management sees this because it was seriously unacceptable practice and not the exceptional service that you get with Chick-fil-A brand."

"We were rung up for the wrong order which overcharged us $2.54- they never offered to refund us. When we received our food, it was suppose to be two chicken biscuits but we got a chicken biscuit on a sandwich bun.. they never informed us they were out of biscuits. We then settled for the mini sliders which the nuggets tasted old from the night before.."

"Compared to other Chick Fil-A’s the atmosphere was okay and the service was just okay. They forgot the fries for the order so I walked back and I got a little attitude… from the guy working behind the counter. I under the busy rush but the whole customer service theme that chick fil a usually has at most locations, doesn’t exist here. Good was still good."

"Employees seemed to have an attitude while taking care of our order at the cashier area. Another employee was eating behind the register and getting his drink.. There was a very long line that reached that hallway in the airport while one of the employee’s was stocking the sauces. Priorities were not clear to their employees: expediting customer’s orders and in a timely manner. Not the typical friendly and family type of environment where normally employees are pleasant… you know…the Chick-fil-A culture. Employees did say ”my pleasure” but you can tell it was not genuine. No smile and not a friendly place to get food. Food was fresh though…thank goodness!"
