"Now that I'm better I can write this review. On 2/2/24 I dined in at the establishment at around 6-6:30 pm. I sat at the bar and I ordered the 3 for 10. My app was the dip trio. It was ok the guacamole was the best dip out of them all. I also had a burger with loaded fries but they messed up my order so I only ate some of the fries. When I got home a hour later my stomach started hurting really bad and I was feeling very nauseated next thing you know I'm on the toilet all night and vomiting profusely! I got food poisoning!!!! Idk if it was contaminated expired food they sold me or someone prepared the food without washing their hands but I'm never eating at Chilis again! Worst experience of my life!"

"Definitely will be adding this Chili’s to the rotation of restaurants to eat out at. Came in on a Saturday afternoon before the rush and it was a pleasant experience. Felt like they were a little understaffed in the front of the house but the manager that was helping was super nice and made the experience amazing. They even switched to the football game so I was super delighted. Server wasn’t that attentive but maybe they were just new. The food came out pretty quick and fresh. Everything from the salsa and chips to the quesadillas were super good. The cheesecake was a bit frozen but made for a delicious snack later in the day. Got a burger and even thought it was a bit messy, it was cooked perfectly and crispy. Will be coming back more often to this location!"

"I was comped Guacamole at my request due to the 40 minute wait in seating during a post lunch Saturday rush, aka 2 pm 12/16/23. David was a lovely server and kindly passed on my request to have the Guacamole comped from my order, seeing as the Manager sat me herself after I pointed out my wait as she was seating a couple that had just walked in and they directed her attention to me before allowing themselves to be sat. The Manger promptly attempted to make reasons to not grant my request for a partially comped appetizer given we have ordered many others for a table of 2 but without a word from me said she didn't want to argue and simply said it will be comped. I'm very satisfied with the conclusion of the situation and will return for continued customer appreciation and respect."

"Amazing lunch date with my wife. Service was very nice and polite, food came quick and was very flavourful. We both couldn't complain with our meals. (My wife also mentioned the corn on the comb was her favorite it had a lot of seasons on it, very delicious) 5/5!"

"We went around 1 pm after the lunch rush and the restaurant was not that crowded. Our server was very friendly and provided good service. Since the restaurant wasn't crowded, they were only seating half of the restaurant. We ordered burgers, fajitas, and kids pizza. The food was good but came out a bit slow. One nice thing about Chili's are the games available at each table to keep the kids occupied. We also paid through that machine. One downside was no menus - you have to scan a QR code on your phone. Another plus - no extra charge for refills on sodas."
