"Ordered through the mobile app then watched 25 people go through the line. I waited patiently until the time my order was “ready” only to find that the guy at the register had never even given the staff my order. Literally took 25 minutes to get my sandwich. Would have been faster to just wait in the line. Sandwich was also missing bacon."

"I use to eat here often however the amount of meat put on the hoagies has pretty much gone to hardly any at all. Staff is very nice as I'm sure they are told to minimize the amount of meat. A lot of tomatoes and lettuce on a lot of bread is not appetizing. I've noticed the line has gotten much smaller lately."
