"So apparently if you wait 20 minutes for food, particularly cookies because the car in front of you was giving your order, the wait is supposed to be acceptable. When one manager tells the staff to have accuracy over speed and I replied. "It definitely wasn't speed, because I've been here for 20 minutes" and another manager replies rather than apologizing for the overextended wait by saying "well the gave the wrong bag away". Really!!! And no one could notify the customer that cookies had to then be cooked so I could have the option to cancel my order or take the rest of my order and cancel the frickin cookies. Come on y'all...thank you for helping me with my diet- I will not be back!"

"Used mobile order, went through drive-thru. Received my order, which was incorrect. Went inside waited 20 minutes while other customers were moving with a purpose until I got my food. Manager gave me a free fry for my trouble, however, when I got back to my truck, I realized the order was STILL wrong.. very disappointed"

"Do not go here! I ordered two big macs via mobile order and once I got back home and had my first bite, I realized the my first sandwich only had 1 patty. Same thing for the second big mac, only 1 patty. False marketing, employees dont even care about the food they serve you and you pay for."

"I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets and received a 4 pack. Drive through was a long wait. Cashier was very friendly but otherwise upset with overall quality control check. Fries were dumped in my bag."
