"Won’t be going back here again. I’ll drive up 309 to the other Dunkin. My order is never correct through the drive-through or going inside. My food is always cold. The hashbrowns are never crispy. They are soggy. My bagel never gets toasted. The staff is rude. They don’t care about your order and would rather stand around talking to each other than make sure their guest is taken care of properly."

"VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DUNKIN!! It was slow, no line, I ordered ahead, and EVERYTHING I ordered was incorrect!! Ordered a Frozen French Vanilla and got an Iced, Ordered 2 Everything bagels TOASTED DARK with extra cream cheese and got 2 plain bagels UNTOASTED with VERY LITTLE cream cheese... Had a bother to look at my order before I drove away and all the way back home I would have taken it right back in and handed it back and demanded my money back but unfortunately I did not check my order and I had to deal because I did not have time to take it back as I was at work.... But you can believe that I will never go to this Dunkin again !! Especially not before work!!"
"Ordered a medium iced coffee. Paid for a medium iced coffee. Received a small iced coffee. When I asked if this was a medium the response I got was have a nice day. UPDATE: I have received an email about my issue and was told they strive for customer satisfaction, but I have yet to receive anything to satisfy me. I was supposed to get a drink coupon and yet I still have to follow up. This location is extremely unsatisfactory and unprofessional."
