"Wife places order before we leave the house, I place mine when we get there. I get my order within 2 min. My wife stands at the counter for 15 min, telling the employee twice her order number and order. We sit down, I finish eating my order and still nothing. We walk out, my wife deletes the app, I weep inside as I know we’re not coming back to this location."

"9/27/23 @ 4:10pm. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one approached me and asked to take my order. 5+ people all walked by several times and looked and me and didn’t say or do anything. One airhead young blonde girl finally came up and asked if i could just use the kiosk (no i could not for my order) in an extremely rude tone. Apparently they don’t take orders at the counter anymore i guess? She then turns around and walks away, so i decided to just go through the drive through instead and I proceed to get her taking my order *finally* in an extremely rude tone again. Very poor service and poor management along with terrible awareness from all associates working. Do better your job is not that complicated"

"I had the worst steak bagel took ten minutes to get served . Two people were severed before we got our food. And three trays of food went out to the parking lot. My sandwich must have been burnt bad and was still used in my order. So badly burnt the onions were scraped off, so no onions my sandwich and the other side of the pattie was black. The pattie itself looked like a hamburger thin and tough. I always said you'll always get the same consultant meal from mcdees, but what happened?"

"I was eatting here with friends when I was very rudely accused of dirting the tables around me by the manager. We showed our receipts and proved it wasn’t us and she proceeded to go behind and the counter and LOUDLY bad mouth us to peers and co workers. After speaking to her again I was accused and banned from the McDonald’s due to a mess I didn’t make. The management here not only can’t properly fry my nuggets as they were thin and dry but, cannot respect others but, takes actions based accusatory and untrue thoughts. Before leaving the manager said she would be played back the tapes I told her to go ahead and do that. Maybe that would’ve been a great thought before ruining my evening and pointing fingers…"
