"Went in 2 weeks ago and got a gel manicure, I believe the gentlemen’s name was Henry, they looked beautiful. Went back today to get them redone for a wedding I’m in tomorrow. An older woman started my gel manicure. When I asked her to paint closer to my cuticle suddenly a woman named Kayla stepped in. I had to repeatedly ask her to do the same thing. Kayla simply replied with “ok honey”. When I stated how in happy I was with my nails and no I didn’t want her to fix them because she is the one who messed them up Kayla became very rude and stated there was nothing wrong with my nails. They look like they are already grown out on most, and a few have chips on the tips and bubbles. Also the edges of almost every nails isn’t painted. Kayla’s solution after explaining I couldn’t stay to have them fixed was a gift certificate for them to be repolished at a later time. I’m so unhappy with the service performed and the attitude of the person who did a poor job."
