"Wings were tasty enough, but not out of this world and certainly not worth the wait. Employees were friendly but it appeared to be very disorganized. 50 minute wait after ordering online ahead of time for 10 wings and cold fries."

"Ordered our food at 6:31 got it at 7:31. On top of waiting an hour I was missing pieces of my order. Presentation was also messy, Ordered 20 pieces of boneless wings, they were all stuffed into one box. I advise not to come if you don’t have to."

"I just ordered from here and it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever. I got the 10 piece combo with 5 garlic Parmesan and 5 lemon pepper boneless wings, a side of Cajun fries, and a Diet Coke. Everything arrived cold. The garlic Parmesan wings were just plain chicken tenders that someone sprinkled cheap Parmesan shaker cheese on and the lemon pepper wings were literally just plain wings. The fries were cold and soggy, they were clearly old. The side of bleu cheese I ordered resembled cottage cheese mixed with ranch seasoning. Despite everything not having seasoning, there was so much salt on everything it was Boarderline inedible. Even the Diet Coke was watery and had a weird taste. I had heard so many good things about this place and I don’t know why my experience was so bad but I will not be coming here ever again. I don’t know man maybe it’s the cost of living crisis or this area just sucks but damn that food was terrible and my night is ruined. A waste of 25 bucks."

"I am honestly disgusted and disappointed. I honestly like the food BUT every single time I go I have a bad experience, which makes me not eat there for months and months at a time! The customer service is awful. They always talk to me like I’m supposed to know every nuance of their menu…Like I am not able to ask a question…Like I can’t make a special request for the food I am purchasing and consuming. I always stress that I would like my food very well done, but then I open it and find the chicken basically still moving. I’ll get there, and it’s not even busy. It’s like their just doing what they want. They act like they don’t want to be there. They act like someone is forcing them to come to the job they signed up for. I’m tired of it. I wish I can say I won’t be back ever, but I know a month or so, I’ll have another craving and just settle for this location since it’s the closest one to me. During this period, I will be spending my money elsewhere!"

"We were waiting in the car for our food for about 45 mins just to learn that they had not even started our order. We thought it was the machine or something but people were coming in and getting their food except us. We had 4 adults and 4 hungry kids waiting for 45 mins just to not get anything. Would not recommend to eat here."
