She combines eyebrow shaping/waxing/threading, peels masks and massage like none other for me for the past 20 years. I highly recommend her for her skill set, talent and professionalism!! "So the actual haircut was great. Stylist ran out of time to style it but that’s probably on me for not scheduling adequate time for services. That said, I’m not impressed with they way they operate… First, for an $80 haircut it’s kind of annoying that they don’t let you tip on a card or offer an alternative like venmo/cash app but instead have an atm conveniently set up in shop. When I asked the front desk lady how much the service fee is she kind of scoffed and said she didn’t know. Isn’t it your job to know that?? I felt like she was really rude from that point forward. The service fee was only $2 so not the end of the world but definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and felt cheap."

"I went to Shannon for a haircut and highlights on my never-dyed hair. She took the time time to really understand exactly what I was thinking. The cut came out just like the picture I brought in, and the perfect length where I can just pull it all back. Shannon did balayage for my highlights, and the color came out so nicely. It's been several weeks already, and I can tell they will grow really well. Shannon also took the time to go over styling and product tips with me. The salon was really clean and comfortable, and everyone on the staff was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"
