Wendy's

"I know this review doesn't matter to anyone at Wendy's since they are such a large franchise but DO NOT GO HERE.... Went last night to grab a bite to eat. After ordering, an elderly military vet calmly approached the counter because his burger order was wrong. He politely asked for toppings like lettuce and pickles. Employee behind the counter immediately became snarky and argumentative about his request. But, she eventually gave in. Not more then 5 minutes later a woman walked in to pick up an order. She checked the bag to make sure her order was correct. The order was incorrect and the fries were cold. She approached the counter, again, calmly attempting to discuss this with an employee. The employee immediately snapped at the customer becoming extremely defensive, despite the order being wrong. Then the employee proceeded to curse at the customer and told her "if you don't like the food go F-ing eat elsewhere, goodbye." I understand fast food places are tough to work in and I don't know what others are going through but man, those interactions were ridiculous. Will never go back here."

"Rude incompetent staff. Extremely long wait. After I got home I found out they messed the food up. They were argumentative, refused to remake it. I made them give a refund to which they didn't even give the right amount. They gave a fake number for corporate. Probably the worst managed fast food place I've ever been to. In the end I got in touch with corporate anyways. Do not recommend."

"I was just there. I don’t understand the entire ring up your order, drive around so someone can bring you your food at the other door. I confirmed twice that they heard my sauce for my nuggets, she said yes but didn’t put it on the computer so of course when the young kid brought my food, there was no sauce. I had a to drive back around and flag the young kid down since I was told to drive around, I was not given my food at the window and I had my baby in the car. I was not given a receipt. And they don’t let you use the reward app in drive through because “the scanner doesn’t work”. But on a positive note my fries were deliciously fresh."

"This Wendy’s location is by far the worst I have ever been to. There were 2 people in front of us that decided to leave after they told us they waited 15-20 minutes when we walked in. All the employees kept walking over to stare at everyone and not say anything while customers waited to order. When someone finally decided to take our order they greeted us with saying “What’s good”. To say the least the employees not only have bad customer service they were touching all the food with their bare hands and after we got our food it was disgusting and their was green things floating in my drink, I would not be surprised if it was mold from how unclean this place was."
