"Bad customer service.. drive thro took so long to receive order..and no deals on this Mcdonald. Mostly runninng out of stock, no shakes or other stuff"

"The food and everything was good besides the customer service. There had to be more than 4 people working. Waiting from 8:43 am til about 9:20. Saw the manager go out to the drive thru to deliver food atleast 10 times and not serving anyone in the lobby. Absolutely ridiculous for fast food joint. Other than that this is the second time this happened the first time a while back I asked for a refund and it was sent back but this time I asked for a refund and asked for my food that I also ordered because that was totally not fair on everyone on the lobby. I don't know about anyone else and how they handled the situation but they need to get this situation fixed for the future. Everytime we asked what is taking so long the manager had told us that they were waiting for food from the kitchen....from a fast food place...what a joke...you won't be seeing me anytime soon. You can go anywhere else and get served way better."

"I go through the drive-in so atmosphere isn't really that critical. But service is good. People are nice. Food is good, consistent quality."

"Now I know that this is just McDonald's and for that I don't really expect much, but the food came out TERRIBLE. After waiting about 20 minutes for our food to get done we expected it to atleast look decent, but what we got back was just not that. I ordered a burger without the onions or pickles and got back a burger with both onions and pickles. Its like they just don't care. I would rate this McDonald's a 1 star but the fries were good so I give it a 2."

"Delicious ice cream cone and fries for only $2.11 with the app. Service could have been a bit quicker and the location a bit cleaner, but overall good. I recommend."
