McDonald's

"Placed order for curb side pickup. Order placed and waited for 20 minutes. Ended up going inside to get it. Waited at the front desk, and I got asked what I needed. Told girl what my order number was and what was in the order. A female took the order and got the food, all the while complaining that she was not clocked in and trying to get the orders out. Handed me a bag and drink. Went out to the car, and the order was missing items. To make it worse, the fries were cold. Had to go back inside to get the issue corrected. A manager did get involved, and I got a new meal with hot food. She was pleasant and sorry that the error occurred. Noticed other staff? behind counter getting food and drinks for friends. He was wearing a black coat wearing a backpack with a McDonald's hat attached to the pick. This does not look professional."

"Placed a mobile order for breakfast at 4:30am, arrived at location and was told they were closed. Understandable, I requested a refund and they told me to contact corporate. Emailed corporate and they told me to contact the store. Idk why it was so hard to open the drawer and hand me $10 but here I am ranting about it. Now both my stomach and wallet are empty."

"McDonald's continues it's decline in my opinion, higher prices, lower quality food, less human contact. If you need quick okay calories. Go here. Otherwise go elsewhere like chick fillet, or so small private owner establishment."
